Introduction:
Although you can type with any language in a Word 2013 document, the application assumes that you are writing and reading in English and you are using it for features such as spell checking and in menus and dialog boxes .
Here is what to do in order for your Office applications to display its menus and buttons in languages other than your Windows language.
Steps to follow:
1- To start using a new language for Office 2013, download the language interface pack from the following link
2- Activate it in Excel
3- Save your work and close all open Office programs, then start the download to install the desired language.
4- After the validation process is complete, click Run to download the file to your computer.
5- Select the check box to accept the Microsoft License Agreement and click OK.
6- Open Word, open the "File" menu and click "Options".
7- Go to the "Language" tab
8- Select the new language in the Display Language and Help Language boxes, and then press the "Set as Default" button under each language and choose the new language in the Choose Interface Languages box.
9- Click "OK" and then click "OK" on the message about restarting Office. Save all open files and close all Office programs.
