The Windows Mobility Center is a feature that provides quick access to the most commonly used settings for mobile devices, such as brightness, volume, battery status, screen orientation, external display and presentation settings from one place. By default, the Windows Mobility Center is only available on a Windows PC (E.g. laptop or tablet) with a battery. Windows Mobility Center is not available by default on a desktop computer unless the PC is connected to a UPS.

Steps to enable or disable Mobility Center in Windows 10
1. Press the Windows + R key to open the Run dialog box.
2. Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
3. Once the local Group Policy Editor opens, click on: Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows Mobility Center.
