Virtual CloneDrive is a software that allows you to mount a disk image file as a virtual drive. It reads the image files directly from your hard disk without the need to burn them and supports several formats such as CCD, BIN or ISO.
This application is functional with most Microsoft operating systems (such as Windows 10 and Windows 7) and also allows you to install up to 8 different drives.

Mounting an ISO file to install Windows 7/10:
1- In Windows Explorer, right-click the disc image in ISO format you want to mount then click « Mount ».
2- You can also access your virtual disk from the Windows Computer menu and access its contents that are mounted in a virtual DVD drive.
3- The virtual drive appears like any other drive in the explorer.
4- You can now select the Windows 7 or Windows 10 disc image and begin installing the new operating system on your computer.
5- When you finish working with this disk image, you can unmount the virtual drive by right-clicking it and selecting the « Eject » command.
