Privacy settings are always accessible even after installation. To access it, simply type parameters in the search bar and click on confidentiality.

All the parameters will appear (messaging, microphone, camera, location, notification, contacts, calendar etc ...)

So you can scroll through the settings one by one, disable or enable with a single click
