Introduction:
With newer versions of Skype, users have additional security levels to conduct a private conversation on Skype. This popular email application has improved security through end-to-end encryption while chatting privately with family and friends. This type of discussion can take place between you and another contact on your list. It does not work in a group. Another interesting fact of this conversation is that it will not be previewed in the chat or in the notification. Steps to follow: How to make a private conversation on Skype
Step 1: Launch the Skype application and click the + icon next to the search box. In the chat options, click New Private Chat.
Step 2: The program will then ask you to select the contacts with whom you prefer to have a private conversation on Skype. After choosing one, a new chat will be started with the selected contact.
Step 3: Then Skype will send an invitation to this contact to accept and join the conversation. This invitation will be valid for the next 7 days. After 7 days, the invitation will become invalid and you will have to send another one.
Step 4: The conversation will start right after accepting the invitation and will be available on your device. If you want to move this one to another device, you must redirect the invitation.

End a private conversation
To end a private conversation,
1. Go to the conversation header,
2. Then select End private conversation.
3. A confirmation dialog box for the end of the private conversation opens.
4. Click End Conversation. If you want to start another private conversation with this same contact, you must send a new invitation.
