Annoying advertisements on Windows 10
If you have installed Windows 10, I guess you've noticed ads that appear on your screen saver, you probably found it annoying, right! Yes, ads are always displayed on my Windows 10 Start menu.
As it is already announced, Microsoft with its new operating system Windows 10 began to display ads to promote applications directly on the user's screen saver. Many users are wondering about this tool online and are posting screenshots about it in social networks.
When you open your computer, you will find a big ad of "Rise of the Tomb Rider" or a new advertisement of games displayed in full screen of the start-up window of your computer.
All this is because of a feature called Windows Spotlight that exists in your settings.
The good news is that it is possible to disable this feature!
How to disable ads on Windows 10:
To disable ads on the Windows 10 Lock screen, follow these steps:
1- Go to the following page "Personalisation" in "Settings"
2- Click on "Lock Screen".
3- Below the Background option, select from the options if you want to display "Image" or "Slideshow"
4- Finally, you can disable Windows Spotlight by stopping the option named "Get fun facts, tips and more from Windows and Cortana on your lock screen"
This will completely disable "Windows Headaches" and its advertisments.
