Introduction:

PDF is the format to use when you want to publish documents online.
The use of this type of file is very popular, not only for the publication of text documents, but also for presentations, reports and catalogues.
Due to the popularity of PDF, a large number of applications supported exporting to PDF and MS Office 2016 is no exception.Thus, as you can easily create a document in MS Word and export it as a PDF file. Similarly, you can export an Excel sheet to PDF.

If you're looking to simply export a chart and not a complete spreadsheet in PDF format, here's how to do it.

Steps to follow in order to save a graph in Excel 2016 to PDF:

1- Open the Excel file from which you want to export a chart or open a new file and create your chart.
2- Select the graphic to export as PDF. You do not need to select the data columns in which the chart is generated.

3- Click File >> Save As and select "PDF" from the "Save as Type" drop-down menu. Name the file and click Save.

4- The graph will be exported to a PDF file.
5- A PDF document containing only your graph is created.

You can export multiple tables from Excel to a single PDF file, but you must make sure to sort them in the correct order in Excel first. The diagrams must not overlap or misalign, otherwise they will be exported in the same layout.
