Introduction:
Signatures "Sent from my iPad" or "Sent from my iPhone" are added by default to iOS Mail. However, some people prefer to display other signatures, such as the sender's name and additional contact information. Here's how to delete or change your e-mail signature. This tip will allow you to change your signature in Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook emails sent by iPhone or iPad as well as your Apple iCloud account.
Steps to follow:
1. To change the signature of your iPhone's email, go to Settings> Mail> Contacts> Calendar
2. Then select Signature.
3. Delete the existing signature by pressing "Delete" and replace it by entering your new signature.
4. Confirm the change made by clicking on the Mail arrow at the top left to confirm
If you simply want to delete the signature that exists by default, just validate by returning to Mail after deleting the existing text.
Now exit Settings. Each time a new message is dialled, sent or replied, the iPhone will no longer connect the message "Sent from my iPhone" with all emails.
This can be re-enabled at any time by accessing Settings, but you can also customize the mail signature if you wish.
