Introduction:

The Windows Driver Verifier is a Windows 10-based diagnostic tool that allows you to check the operability or functionality of Microsoft Drivers or other third-party drivers by putting drivers in an extreme constraint condition.

The process of verifying drivers involves expanding on the drivers with the intention of detecting these defective, incompatible or poorly behaved drivers.

Therefore, it is possible to check the memory image file generated by the blue screen and discover the driver (s) responsible for blue screen errors on your computer, which will generate a troubleshooting dump for debugging purposes.

So in case you want to test the system drivers using Driver Verifier, it is recommended that you do not run it for more than 48 hours. It will therefore be necessary to disable the Driver Verifier 48 hours after starting it.

In this tutorial we will show you how to enable and disable Driver Verifier on Windows 10.

Steps to follow:

1. Type verifier in the Cortana search bar. Select it to open.

7. Restart your computer.
8. The computer will restart and the driver check will continue in the background. This means that you will not receive any visual indication to verify the progress of the process.
To disable the Driver Verifier:
9. Type verifier in the Cortana search bar. Select it to open.
10. Click Remove Existing Settings then press Finish.
11. After the Driver verifier is disabled, you will be able to scan the memory image file generated by the Driver verifier.
