Change screen resolution on Windows 10

Introduction:
It is very important to have the correct screen resolution settings in your Windows PC, as this facilitates better display of content and clarity of images. The higher the resolution, the clearer the images and the content on your PC. Although Windows has its own scaling settings and colours set for each screen on your PC, which are usually the best for your system, you can always adjust it to suit your preferences.
The screen resolution of a display determines the amount of information displayed on the screen. It is measured horizontally and vertically in pixels. At low screen resolutions, such as 640 x 480, there will be fewer items on the screen, but they will appear larger. At higher resolutions, such as 1900 x 1080, more items will be displayed on the screen, but they appear smaller. Resolution modes vary by display depending on the video card device, screen size, video driver, and screen driver.
Steps to follow:
This tutorial will assist you in changing the screen resolution of each separate screen connected to the PC for all Windows 10 users.
Steps:
1. On your desktop, right-click and go to Display Settings.
2. The next panel will open. Here you can adjust the text size, applications and other items and change the orientation.
3. To change the resolution settings, scroll down through the options then select the resolution you prefer.
4. When you change the screen resolution, a popup asks if you want to keep these display settings.
Thus, this popup gives you 15 seconds to validate the changes, if you do not do so because of a display problem, the parameters return to the previous configuration.
If this is not the optimal setting of your system, you will see an optimal resolution notification like this.
You can ignore the notification and confirm your changes to the Screen Resolution by clicking Keep Changes, or you can select another screen resolution. You will only get 15 seconds to confirm the changes, otherwise it will return to the default display settings.
