Introduction:

A free software for Windows allows you to mark folders with icons displayed by color to easily distinguish your files when searching for information.
Folder Marker is one of those utilities that, once you have it, you wonder how you ever did it. It allows you to mark your Windows Explorer folders in two different ways, either by using the context menu (right click), or by starting the Folder Marker program and browsing.

It allows you to quickly change folder icons to indicate a priority level or a project status (high, low, done, halfway, scheduled) or you can use it to mark a folder with a special icon or a color of your choice. Folder Marker supports single and multiple folder selections, and includes an option to restore the original icon.

Are you afraid that someone could unintentionally remove the information which you need? Mark a folder, and other users will immediately notice that this folder contains information important to you. Changing folder icons, Folder Marker will help you to cope with the standard yellowing.
