Steps to follow:
Note: This process will erase all data, programs, and settings on your system. Make sure your computer is plugged in and does not turn off during reinstallation.
1. Start your PC and select the Power icon at the bottom right of the lock screen.
2. While holding down the Shift key, select restart.
3. From the Start-up Options menu, select Troubleshooting> Reset PC.
4. Delete all.
